 Apeeling Vegetarian and Vegan

​We love to cook vegetarian food. The way it pushes our skills gives us a thrill cooking and there is nothing better than delighting the guests with vegetarian and vegan options that have the "WOW" factor! We relish the work and love to make vegetarian and vegan guests feel they are well looked after.

 

Mushroom Burgers – A mixture of dried and fresh mushrooms are compressed into patties and served on healthy bread rolls with all the trimmings including french fries.

 

Walnut and Ricotta Ravioli – Tender parcels of pasta are filled with a delightful nutty centre. Served with a sun-dried tomato pesto sauce.

 

Nutty Loaf – A combination of delicious ground up nuts are seasoned with a mix of herbs and spices, baked into a tender and savoury nut loaf. A great celebratory meal!

 

Cheese Schnitzels – Fresh cheese curds are seasoned and then pressed into fillets, then golden fried with a crispy crumb.

 

Vegetarian Shepherd’s Pie – A rich vegetable filling is topped with a deluxe Creamy White Veggie mash.

 

Savoury Stuffed Vegetables – Peppers, Mushrooms, Baby Eggplants, and Zucchini are filled with an assortment of fillings including spiced Cous Cous, Quinoa, Braised Rice, Ratatouille, and Melting Mozzarella.

 

Savoury Vegetable Crumble – Tender layers of Sweet Potato, Pumpkin, Parsnips, and Peppers are topped with a fine crumble and served with a rich tomato sauce.

 

Quiche – Choose from Caramelised Onion, Mushrooms, Asparagus, Ratatouille or Spinach. Served with a green salad.

 

Vegetable Lasagne – A hearty, delicious classic. Served with garlic bread and salad.

 

Crispy Tofu in Black Bean Sauce – Chunks of crisp marinated Tofu are served with Asian Vegetables in a Ginger, Star Anise and Black Bean sauce. Served with rice noodles.

 

Vegetarian Curry Plate – A selection of several mouthwatering Curries. Including Cauli & Chickpea, Braised Bean & Lentil, Tomato & Eggplant and a Minted Cucumber Riata. Served with baked rice, and Naan bread.
