Foods change with the seasons and we're happy to follow through with our client's requests.

We like to learn new things and do our best to make things as authentic as possible.​​

The personal chef service has prices starting at $120 per hour (see FAQ for more details about the pricing).

The fee includes consultations, menus, food preparation, cooking, clean-up, and the labeling of the finished dishes.

 

I utilise the client's own kitchen and cookware, such as pots, pans, bakeware, and general cooking equipment, and bring my own chef's kit which includes professional tools.

The cost of groceries and storage containers is covered by the client.​

The client is responsible for the food shopping, or I can arrange to do the shopping at an additional price.

 

Additional expenses may be charged for travel depending on the circumstance.

I provide at no extra cost a small stockpile of pantry items, which may include spices, flavorings, professional culinary products, and other gourmet ingredients, which add an extra layer of flavor and finish to the dishes.

A note about reheating foods:

Food should be thawed in a refrigerator overnight.

 

Reheat food until it is steaming hot - above 75 °C or, preferably, boiling.

Always use a thermometer to check the internal temperature of foods.
