APEELING SIDES

 

We like to create a selection of side dishes that complement the main dishes perfectly. Side dishes are a good way to include some extra nutrition and variety into your diet.

 

Potatoes - Baked, shoestring or chunky chips, Hasselbeck, Dauphinoise, Duchess, Fondant, Roasted, or Mashed with Truffle oil.

Ratatouille - A mixture of Provincial vegetables such as eggplant, zucchini and peppers are roasted and coated in a light herb and tomato sauce.

 

Mixed Root Vegetables - Slow roasted. A mixture of Parsnips, Turnip, Celeriac, Leeks and Carrots, with finely chopped herbs and given a honey glaze.

Sweet Potato and Pumpkin Bake - Finely sliced Sweet Potato and Pumpkin meld together perfectly in a buttery bake!

Stir-Fried Vegetables - Mixed veg are flash-fried and coated in a soy based sauce, sprinkled with sesame seeds.

​

Mac n Cheese - Delicious and tender Macaroni is slow-baked in an earthenware pot with lashings of a velvety cheese sauce and a smokey bacon and breadcrumb topping.

Slow-Cooked Garden Greens - Greens such as kale, swiss chard, cabbage and green onions are cooked with garden herbs until tender and served with a nutrient-rich broth.

​

​White Vegetable Mash - A low-carb version of beloved white mash. This version is as fluffy and comforting as the original.
