We offer a range of healthy and satisfying starters and snacks that can be either part of a meal, or to stop those hunger pangs in-between. From morsels of pastry to vegetable platters.
Classic Soufflé – A delightfully light start for your meal. Your choice of flavours can include seafood, vegetables, bacon, cheese or herbs.
Pate – Made with Chicken or Duck Liver. Flavoured with Orange, Brandy or Peppercorns, or rustic style with pistachios or almonds. Topped with duck fat or aspic. Served with Melba toast or vegetable crudities.
Sushi – Sophisticated Sushi comes in a variety of delicious twists… Beef, Eel, Prawns, Chicken, Egg, Avocado, Fish Roe… Served with pickled ginger and wasabi.
Tempura – Crisp, golden Tempura batter is the perfect way to showcase tender baby vegetables or seafood.
Satay Beef, Prawns or Chicken – Juicy morsels of meat are marinated and then grilled in a spicy nut dressing. A sauce of Coconut and Lime juice to serve.
Crumbed Prawns – Sweet tender Prawns, sealed in a crispy coating such as coconut or panko. Served with contrasting sauce of your liking.
Seafood Cakes – Fresh seafood is spiced and then served with a delicious tangy papaya salad.
Vegetable Brulees – Seasonal vegetables are cooked into a savoury custard and then topped with grilled cheese.
Quiche – Choose from Caramelised Onion, Ham, Mushrooms, Asparagus, Ratatouille or Spinach.
Vegetable Pakoras – Tasty vegetable morsels with ground spice are deep-fried and served with a mint & yogurt dressing.
