

Apeeling Salads
Some of our salads contain delicate leaves like baby spinach, watercress and herbs, these are best eaten as fresh as possible. They can be made ‘ala minute’ to your liking, or kept with a dressing on the side. These 'chef' salads are great for dinner parties.
Salads like bean salad and coleslaw are more robust. They can be kept fresh for up to three days. They make excellent side dishes for parties or picnic tables too.
Ceaser –The venerable king of salads. We like it kept faithful to the original recipe created in 1924, but prawn, chicken and avocado options are just as popular.
Waldorf – A fragrant salad of celery, sweet grapes and walnuts. Lovely served with tender and juicy poached Chicken.
Niscoise – A provincial salad of seared Tuna, crisp green beans, new potatoes, peppers, tomatoes, eggs, capers, and olives tossed in a garlicky French dressing. Anchovies are optional. Pure Bliss!
Antipasto– Robust Mediterranean flavours... Artichokes, olives, asparagus, zucchini, cured meats, roast peppers, grilled egg plant, cheeses… Served with an Italian herb dressing and rustic bread.
Bean salad– A healthy mix of nutritious beans, fresh herbs, peppers, celery, cucumber, red onion and a red wine vinegar dressing.
Coleslaw – A heady and creamy salad of finely shredded vegetables with the chef’s famous zesty ‘slaw dressing.
Beetroot – The famous Swedish sweet and sour, pickled blood red Salad! Great served with smoked fish, rye, and lemon wedges to garnish.
Potato – The ULTIMATE spud salad! Waxy potatoes, capers, herbs, green onions and spice, all covered in a creamy dressing and topped with caramelized shallots. Soul food at its yummiest!
Chef's Salad - These healthy salads are the halmarks of a true Chef! They can contain a variety of ingredents like marinated meats, roasted veg, sprouts, beans, herbs, flowers... Just about anything!
