From experience, we can create just about any type of cuisine you want. Whether it be Sushi, French Provençal, Singapore Hawkers, Cajun, or Fish 'n Chips from the UK....
You name it, everything will be as authentic as possible.
Fillet Steak with Café de Paris Butter – Steak served with a famous umami butter that contains a tantalising number of ingredients. Pure magic when melted over grilled meats.
Crumbed Lamb Cutlets –Rosemary and Parmesan-crusted Lamb cutlets are served alongside Fondant Potatoes and Red Wine Jus.
Coq au vin – Slowly cooked Chicken in a rich red wine sauce, with field mushrooms, caramelised shallots, and bacon lardons. Served with Duchess Potatoes.
Smokey Ribs – Sticky, tender ribs are the perfect foil served with barbequed corn on the cob.
Crumbed Buttermilk Chicken –Chicken fillets are delicately marinated and fried. Served with creamy mashed potato, gravy, and steamed veg.
Lamb Shanks – Hearty Lamb shanks are slow braised until tender along with puy lentils and served with mash and mint dressing.
Calves Liver Sautéed and topped with melting caramelised onions and gravy. Even non-offal fans love this.
Stir-Fried Chicken with Cashews – tender spiced chicken is flash-fried in a wok, with oyster sauce, snow peas, bamboo shoots, and bok choy.
Osso buco Milanese – Chunky shin of Beef, braised with a lemon and parsley dressing served with creamy Polenta.
Beef Stroganoff – Tender strips of Beef in a delicate paprika, mushroom and white wine sauce served with sour cream over Buttered Noodles.
Lamb Rogan – A slow-cooked classic from Kasmir that emphasises spiciness rather than heat, served with a range of salads, naan bread, and pilau rice.
Beef Bourguignon – Tender chunks of Beef braised in a red wine and brandy sauce, with caramelised button onions and served over noodles or rice.
Shepherded's Pie – Rich Beef or Lamb in gravy topped with rosettes of buttery Mashed Potatoes glazed to a crisp finish.
Chunky Beef Lasagne – A spicy beef Ragu is layered with béchamel sauce, hand rolled noodles, spinach and cheese.
Meatloaf – A home-style Meatloaf with a tangy BBQ glaze.
Mousakka – Rich and spicy minced Lamb is layered between sheets of eggplant and tasty cheese sauce.
