APEELING SEAFOOD

 

I am willing to go the extra mile to meet fishmongers and make sure the finest seafood is utilised in Apeeling Gourmet's cooking. I will get up at the early AM hours if the catch is good!

 

 

Snapper with ‘Café de Paris’ Butter – Prepared and ready for the grill.

Grilled Ocean Snapper – Served with a flavored compound butter of your choice.

Herb and Lemon Marinated Barramundi – Prepared and ready for the grill.

Sea Scallops –


Trout with a Brown Butter sauce – Nutty brown butter lets the flavor of Trout shine through, served with braised Leeks.


Teriyaki Salmon – Grilled Salmon with a Sesame Soy glaze and served with steamed rice and pickled Ginger.


Crumbed Prawn Cutlets – Served with a mild sweet chili sauce.

 

Luxury Fish Pie – Salmon, Scallops, Prawns, and Smoked Haddock are cooked in a white wine and caper sauce topped with a rosti potato.


Salt and Pepper Squid - Tender morsels of seasoned and fried Squid.

 

Lobster Thermadore - A creamy mix of Lobster, egg yolks, and brandy that is simply irresistible!


Mussels in Cider – Fresh Mussels are steamed Belgian style in a light, creamy apple cider sauce with shallots.

 
Seafood Basket - Tender morsels of crispy battered seafood, served with chunky chips and Tartar Sauce.


Spicy Crab Cakes – Served with a tangy Lime and Coriander dressing.
