Apeeling Soups

We are famous for hearty and delicious soups. They were amongst the most requested items when working at restaurants!  All our mouthwatering soups are made with REAL bone or veggie stocks. They are freezer friendly.​

Pumpkin and Gnocci –The Aussie bistro classic that's also full of antioxidants.

 

French Onion – Light yet Filling. Caramalised onion in a rich broth. Served with grilled Cheese Croutons.

Bouillabaisse – the a classic Provençal seafood broth with an enchantingly complex flavour.

 

Roasted Red Tomato – Ripe Tomatoes and Provençal herbs are roasted to help concentrate their flavours. Fragrant and spicy.

 

Carrot and Coriander – Velvet smooth and healthy, given a zesty twist!

 

Seafood Chowder –  Timeless and comforting. Slow cooked seafood set against a smooth and rich potato broth. Moreish with a complex range of flavours.

Red pepper with avocado salsa– What a combination! Smooth and smokey pepper puree with nutty avocado alsa. Delicious served with masa flour cornbread and a dollop of crème fraiche and lime.

 

Chicken and egg drop – With egg ribbons. Just like at the restaurants. Also works well with Crab meat and asparagus.

 

Soupe au Pistou – Provençal Vegetable Soup with Pesto. A deliciously clean start to meal flavored with a delicate aroma of spring veg and bouquet garni.

 

Minestrone – A hearty ‘sticks to the ribs’ stew. Slow-cooked and irresistible.

Pea and Ham with Garlic Croutons ­–with smoked ham on the bone, thyme and bay leaf. 

 

Mulligatawny – Complex and fragrant. Lamb marrow bone with subtle spices and a range of pulses and crisp vegetables - a satisfying meal with a multitude of savory flavors.
